Sweating is healthy because it is the body’s way of adapting to the changing temperature but sometimes the sweat is uncontrollable that it becomes a problem. It can affect your everyday life. For example, if you have sweaty hands, you think twice when you hold someone or something because it might be a turn off. If you have sweaty armpits, the movement of your hands are restricted because you feel embarrass when people see the wetness of your shirts. If you have sweaty feet, you cannot just take off your shoes any place you like. Though excessive sweating is not dangerous, the fact that it can affect your conduct is reason enough for it to be addressed.

If in this case you have sweaty feet, there are many treatments that you can execute to control the excessive sweatiness. Just think that you are not alone because many people also experience the discomfort and the embarrassment it brings. You can begin with the following:

Vinegar foot baths

There are many foot baths but vinegar foot bath is recommended. You just need to secure vinegar and mix it in a basin with warm water. Immerse your feet for 25 minutes then dry it. Remember not to rinse for better results.

Vinegar will act as your natural exfoliation. It can also serve as an effective odour controller and it discourages fungal growth and other athlete’s foot problem.

Salt water foot baths

Salt water functions like vinegar foot baths so it is effective as well. Don’t consider this when you have cuts and sores because it will sting.

Sage tea

Sage tea is full of tannic acid which is considered as a natural astringent. All you have to do is secure at least 5 bags of sage tea and put it in a basin with tepid water. You should wait until it is fully dissolved then you can soak your feet for 30 minutes.
